Interesting - CJ has linked two of my acccounts
    Greetings dear affiliates,

I have found something quite interesting that was not known to me (and perhaps to you) before.

Recently, I was victim of an account deactivation from CJ without any explanation. Simply logged in and my account was deactivated.
However, prior to deactivation, I remember that I had $0.90 in pending commissions (a fortune I know!) and I remember which merchants had the top impressions/clicks.

A few days later I signed up for a new account and went through the process of applying to my favorite merchants. I logged a day after my registration and noticed that on the NEW ACCOUNT I had $0.90 pending commission from the exact same merchant as the old account.

Some how (i'm assuming via IP-Address because I wiped my cookies after each session), CJ managed to link the two accounts together (which seems sort of unsafe if you ask me).

The new account shares absolutely _NOTHING_ in common with the old account (email, websites, first/last name and the banking/tax info hasn't even been filled out yet).

    Has anyone experienced this before?

CJ will not just transfer $0.90 from one account to another simple because they were logged in from same IP. There is definitely something else going on.

Yes I agree. But what could it be? Literally nothing else on the accounts match.

No the IP is dynamic but the deactivation/new account was all during one ip lease period.

You can contact CJ, and question about this sale without mentioning your old account. (If you haven't started promoting that same merchant on new account).
