    Question need help getting this php script to validate in css 2.1
    Here's what I have and I can't get it to validate, help please:

    <?php
    ob_start ("ob_gzhandler");
    header("Content-type: text/css; charset=UTF-8");
    header("Cache-Control: must-revalidate");
    $offset = 60 * 60 ;
    $ExpStr = "Expires: " .
    gmdate("D, d M Y Hs",
    time() + $offset) . " GMT";
    header($ExpStr);
    ?>
    @charset "UTF-8";
    @import "default.php";

    * {
    margin:0;
    padding:0;
    }

    body {
    border-top:solid 1px #fdfcfc;
    background:#fff url(images/pattern1.png) 0 0 no-repeat;
    font:14px/normal Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
    padding:50px;
    }

    I believe the rest of the script is fine below this point. W3 keeps telling me that the error is with the @charset "UTF-8" for some reason.
    Thanks
