My son was a worry wart and used to drive me nuts. So, one day I took him aside and told him with all seriousness that I had something important to tell him.
I told him that as disappointing as it might be, he might never be able to have children. The reason was because his own father was sterile and I understood it was a hereditary condition.
Poor kid, it took him almost a full minute to catch on to that one.
