    Question Hanesbrands TOS
    Reviewing TOS from Hanes since they sent out a email about a update and noticed the following.

    B. You shall not:

    (iv) include price information regarding any Hanesbrands products on your Affiliate Site;
    Source: Bra Finder - Hanes

    -----

    So does that mean what I think it means in that you cant post prices on items?

    That's my take. Have seen this on another merchant as well. Laughed and moved on...

    Perhaps they have included that in their TOS due to volatility.
    Hanes offers many sales & discounts so rather than post
    prices that are subject to change, the affiliate should have
    a link Find Savings Here or Latest Price

    Problem with some affiliates is they update their site less than merchants update their feeds. Causing problems for the merchant with complaints like "I saw it for $3 less on some-affiliate-site.tk"...

    And some merchants update their feeds less than they update their own sites - and the affiliates catch the flak (or at least become the scapegoats).
