I want a help of someone, on how to create an affiliate website. i am totally new into this and i need someone to help me out on how to go about it.

truthfully, if you're that new, I suggest start reading this site and start a lot of Googling / Wikipedia.
It won't take long to learn what questions you should be asking.

Another very useful read is a Make Your Content Presell, by Ken Evoy. It describes how to write content to attract targeted visitors, then convert that traffic into affiliate sales.
It's free and you can find it using a Google search.
