    Deep Linking in CJ?
    Hi everyone,
I am setting up a CJ affiliate program and have a question about deep linking.

Can I provide my affiliates with the link below? Am I doing this right?
    http://www.dpbolvw.net/click-PID-TextLinkID?url=Put Our Landing Page URL

PID = affiliate has to replace PID with their own Publisher Web Site ID

I started from SAS and I've learned that deep linking makes affiliates' life easier. So I am thinking to do the same in CJ.

    Thanks in advance!

Why not put out a datafeed at CJ for your affiliates to use?

Thank you for your reply, BurgerBoy! We do have a datafeed. Would that be enough for affiliates?

Yes. Datafeeds are free at CJ for affiliates to use. That's what most affiliates use for deep linking in merchant sites.

Just make your datafeed available at CJ for affiliates to use there.

A datafeed is a very important asset to help you attract affiliates. Just make sure it is well categorized and does not contain any special code (which can mess up an affiliate's display page.

There are many affiliates that do not, or can not, code their own datafeed programming. Make sure you get your feed into third-party data providers such as SellFire and GoldenCAN (who both have sub-forums here).

Thank you for the third-party providers info, Bill! It seems having a well-organized datafeed makes more sense than figuring out deep linking each link we have. ( Hope I understand you guys right! )

    Thanks again!
