New Wordpress Install: Must Do Changes?
So I just did a fresh install of WP on a brand new website. Is there a list of customizations to immediately make and/or plugins to install?

I suggest installing an SEO plugin. Also make sure to change links to friendly URL's instead of using the post ID numbers.

theMark, you can correct the less than SEO friendly link structure just by changing the Permalink Structure in WordPress itself.
