I have just opened my sent items folder on CJ Mail to see whether I can copy and pasta for the similar purposes, or who knows that I have something to be followed up. What kind of strange thing I found out there, all outgoing mails have no recipients. No way to memorize them. Learning from this, next time we have to make an extra job putting the recipient name on top of every outgoing mail. I don’t know whether this has been on the thread before.

True, it is irritating. Hopefully that will be addressed in the upcoming CJ mail update.

    Don't hold your breath.

It was excactly a month ago that Todd asked for our suggestions regarding improving cj email. Still nothing. There was talk from Todd last summer about big changes with the CJ email and that never happend either.

Personally, I think they have their hands full tyring to get reporting to work correctly.
