Ummm this is the CANADIAN forum.

Why the presumption of English as the proper language to use?

We have to put up with this crap in Canada especially western Canada. If you think the Americans will forget it! The universal language here is english and if you can't comply I suggest you try France. There are many members here from other countries,do you see them posting in their native tongues?

French is an official language in Canada. If this guy wants to communicate with Canadian-based affiliates in French, I don't have a problem with it.

If it's about a French language merchant targeted to Montreal, I think it makes good sense.

Of course, it could be just spam.

I dont' know and frankly don't care. Let the French speakers sort it out.

no it's the second "official" language because your politicians are unable to find their backbone... and "just say no!"

we have the same problem here in the US...

    take California...

the election ballot its published in 7 languages... so as to be politcally correct...

    well, from where I sit...

    Enlish is our official language...

if you want to vote you need to learn english!!!!

I just try to find some people from Quebec to talk to. It is a Canadian Forum and in Canada we have both official language , FRENCH and ENGLISH.

My subject is FRENCH CONNECTION, so if you are not happy with that, go elsewhere or learn french.

Must be a bad sales day across to get into this type of discussion. Although in the other forums we should only speak English, this being the Canadian Forum members should be able to speak French or even Quebecquoise (SP?)
