    Canada has one of the highest per capita of people online. I believe that over 60% of homes are connected and that figure is higer in western canada. Being known as very conservative canadians are very reluctant to using credit cards online. This is why the brick and mortar outlets do well in comparision to independent web-sites.

    If you are east of the Rockies the winters are dark and cold. Not much better to do then surf and spend.
