    Who can You Really Trust?
Do you remember that old saying?: "Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will eat for a lifetime."

Well, I don't see the next part on that old saying quote until now...

show that same men where to get the best bait and at a better price, and sooner or later that same men may try to take over your fishing business...

    So....

    Trust NO ONe!

    ------------------------------

Btw, now that you know about that last part of that quote...

    I have a question...

    What would you rather do?

Give that men 365 fish and feed him for a year.

Or teach that men how to fish and at the end...

get that men, to stick it up your rear?

    ------------------------------

Note: Yes, I am royally pissed, and I have a reason for this thread now on November 17, 2012 at this time of the morning, and unless ................ (Don't ask.) - [This post (Not this thread.), may or may not be continued.]

In the mean time, anyone can use this thead to comment about some abnormalities with some of the famous quotes, or old saying out there...

    Cool
Teach a man to use smileys and he will use them while fishing:
    :

Maybe he'll use the smileys for bait & tackle.

Teach BurgerBoy to use smileys while selling the Brooklyn Bridge again, and he may come up with the "buy my stupid book version 2, idea."

Do you want the short version, or the long version?

The short version answer is already on your sig: "The internet is a fad."

The long version answer is going to be published on the IC forum, but since you don't have enough posts in the last three years, I am afraid you're not qualified to that kind of IC info, yet.

Anyone with the power to close this thread, feel free to do so, because I am done with this thread, I have a feeling that this thread would not lead to anything worthwhile, specially for some of those that are just looking for entertainment and gossip, at my expense.

Mr Sal - don't know what this is about other than you trusted somebody you evidently shouldn't have trusted am really very sorry about whatever happened.

Am guessing from what you've said that you tried to help somebody and they umm...what you said happened. You had good intentions and shouldn't feel bad about that, tho. That was a good thing you did that makes you a good person for trying to help somebody and should never feel bad about trying to help somebody. Bad thing is whatever the person you shouldn't have trusted did Obviously they betrayed that trust and didn't deserve your help.

Trust No One isn't good tho that will only make ya feel bad, ya can't go around feeling that way. Everybody needs to trust somebody. Hope in the future those you trust turn out to be worthy of it and really am very sorry for whatever happened.

    Great post from Purplebear

I responded to this thread multiple times but I'm not trying
to gossip about you or to get entertainment at your expense.
It's true I look for entertainment but not at anybody's expense.
My intentions are good and I meant my silly posts as a signal to
    lighten up.

None of us know exactly what happened but I think everyone who
responded to this thread likes you and hopes you feel better

The jerk who betrayed you won't be able to do it again.

Mr. Sal does this have something to do with ABW or someone represented here?

You said "the long version answer is going to be published on the IC forum".. I was waiting for the full story.

It's sometimes hard for those reading to properly read the emotions of the OP.. if you are truly angry about something, I would love to hear more, and you can bet you will get support here.

If it's related to copyright violation, you won't find a bigger advocate..

    No.

I opened the thread here because ABW is the only forum I post, and since I was very angry that day, I thought that by asking that question here I would be able to vent some stress and maybe see what others may say about the matter of trust.

I have learned long ago to never stay mad for more than 72 hours about anything, so by now I no longer care about the main issue that got me mad that day.

Thank you for your concern Chuck, and I think this thread can be close now, because I have nothing more to add to it.

That was just a figure of speech at the moment, teezone.

Nothing else is going to be published anywhere else, so feel free to close this thread.

Wow, that's really unnecessary.. I didn't close the thread - BY ACCIDENT..

There's no great conspiracy here, just a very tired publisher who volunteers her time here for free, while working too damn hard to make a living.

    And I'm closing it now.
