Problem With Fake Bing Ads

Not sure if this is the right place to post this so forgive me if I got it wrong.
Does anyone have any experience with fake Bing ads which target your website? We seem to have quite a mess on our hands.
Someone is taking out Bing ads and using my website's name. These ads have nothing to do with my website and the company is not one I know anything about.
We found this out because affiliate companies brought it to our attention with some very lovely email threats - nice right? Ugh!
The ads look something like this:

These ads look like they were placed by my website. But when clicked they redirect to another website that is NOT AT ALL a part of my company.
I have called and filed a complaint with Bing, called BrandVerity and replied to the emails from various affiliate programs. Is there something else I should be doing?

I have had this happen to a PPC affiliate I work with for other merchants where she was targeted by a company from Argentina. They are trying to get you booted by the merchant and possibly the network.
Recommend taking out a Brand Verity account to verify all the information. Contact me directly after you do and I may be able to help track down the affiliate.

Move to the Unethical Affiliates forum. Not to say that PennyPincher is unethical as I know her personally.
