    Links and Banners
    Hi there.

Pardon me if this is a stupid question...

If I have a rather generic link or banner, something like "Take 15% Off Storewide" should I have it point to the home page, a landing page geared for the coupon, or a blog post describing the coupon, terms and conditions, etc.

What would the customer rather see?

I'm thinking either a custom landing page or a blog post.

Target the banner to the page and vice versa.

Visitor is already tired of searching - least amount of clicks the better...

Rule of thumb is three clicks to order. If you have specific products group them or have the page land on a sort. Of site wide then home page with a success message.

    Here's an example: http://wisefoodstorage.com/index.php...SEFREESHIP5OFF
