    True story, the beard trimmer
My wife bought a beard trimmer for our son-in-law's Josh's Christmas present. We sent it with my step-kids and Josh opened it on Christmas Day and was thrilled as it was what he wanted. So today my daughter called and asked if I used it before wrapping and sending it. I said no, why? She said when they emptied out the box and a bunch of hair came out too! I said, "don't worry, that's just quality control"!

Not sure, we figured someone bought it, used it once and returned it for a refund!

I don't think they spent much time checking it out, just shoved it back in the box and tapped it shut. Then washed their hands!

This is a quality control...issue. Needs to be reported to the manufacturer.

There could be bacterial stuff that is contagious, such as a staph or fungal hair follicle infection by the person who first used it.

Your son-in-law should not shave with this.
