    Review CouponFeed.net WPCoupon.com ParadigmAdvertising.com - Horrible Service.
    CouponFeed.net Owner - William VanVreede

    Sites he owns:
    WPCoupon.com
    ParadigmAdvertising.com
    CouponFeed.net
    CouponFeedServices.com
    PrintableCouponFeed.com

So I decided to try CouponFeed.net for a month.

After signing up, it took them a week for my account to get activated.

I tried calling their listed numbers from whois, and contact info from their websites, they're very difficult to reach!

Then the API doesn't work 98% of the time.

The support is quite slow, it takes them between 1-7 days to respond.

They say they have 37k coupons, but many of them are tips that tells you to signup to merchant newsletter to get the discount. What the hell is this?

The merchants they have coupons for are not updated, checking the competitors to compare the difference.. if we solely rely on CouponFeed.net service, we wouldn't be able to compete. Found quite a few coupons that have been floating around for a month and they still don't have it updated.

After complaints and canceling the account, I asked for a refund. They refunded me only ~$100 for a service that doesn't work entirely as intended or advertised.

They offered me another month, which I denied. Instead of a fully working API, they offered FTP service instead, which is inadequate, we signed up for an coupon API service not an FTP service for $800.

I escalated this to paypal dispute claim, which was NOT ruled in my favor. I doubt a claims person would understand the significance of an API and perhaps lack the ability to judge that when CouponFeed.net is offering me FTP instead of API and giving me another free month of service, that they are admitting fault and so that should suggest my complaints are valid. So I believe it should've been ruled in my favor.

If anyone is interested, I can provide their support tickets that supports these claims I've made.

My advice is to avoid any company by William VanVreede.

Wow, that's an expensive service for a coupon api. Maybe we should start charging for ours lol (not going to happen.)

We offer a coupon api that aggregates coupons from all of the major networks. You can also export a datafeed if you need one. I put together a how to the other day for exporting a csv from our system: Export coupons to a CSV

Let me know what you need and we can likely help make it happen.

This is by far the most expensive coupon feed service.

I came cross many others, some which I call expensive, but they still charging lower cost and have been around for quite a while

That one has been well vetted and is used by many of the highest ranked deal sites.

Yes, they are the most expensive, the first time I saw their website I suspected that can't be right, no offence for the company but for $1500, I expect a better landing page.

I was a sucker, bought WPCoupon to use with ForMeToCoupon. I have not been able to get it working yet and have been trying for months. Their code is encrypted so I cannot even go in manually and fix the multitude of errors.

They do not respond to any support tickets, I have put in several.
There is no excuse for their service or lack of it, this is a huge rip off.
