    My Account Deactivated, what should I do?
    Hello,

    Tried to log in to my CJ account and all I got was the message "Our records indicate that your account has been deactivated."

    I got message last week "Commission Junction Inquiry on Promotional Methods"

    After performing an extensive review of your performance in the Commission Junction network as a Publisher, Commission Junction is providing you the following warning:

    Please explain how you drive traffic to your site and how do you promote CJ advertisers. Please disclose all third party companies that you are using.

    Commission Junction will exercise its right to terminate your relationships through the Commission Junction Publisher Service Agreement, within 15 days of this notice if you do not take the necessary and appropriate correction actions. Failure to respond shall be deemed an admission of liability and acceptance of this letter as 15 days notice of termination, and may result in Commission Junction exercising its right to terminate the Commission Junction Publisher Service Agreement 15 days from the date of this written notice or sooner.

    I have forgot to reply to this mail.


    What can I do now.

    MERCHANTS: Start showing your coupons directly on your site, that way your shoppers will stop leaving your site looking for them!! If not then remove your Coupon Box!!

    CJ Reactivate duration period?
    Hi,

    Recently my CJ.com account deactivated, how many days it will take to reactivate my account.

    My account is deactivated it is effected to my balance increase or decrease...

    When will receive my payments....

    As it stands right now, you won't be receiving payments.. your account was deactivated. As far as I know, the only "reactivation" will be at CJ's discretion.

    Did you contact CJ as we suggested...? Check their website, there is a phone number for support - you need to talk to someone in person.

    They gave you 48 hours to respond to their email, and you didn't - your first and only priority right now is to have your account reinstated.. and you can only do that by contacting CJ.

    I got below message from CJ,

    Please note that your account was deactivated for failing to confirm your promotional methods and to respond to promotional inquiry sent on 01/31/2013

    What should I do to activate.

    Contact CJ, and start a professional discussion with them. Immediately.

    Deactivated means your account has been closed - you shouldn't be asking what you can do here, you need to speak to CJ.

    It doesn't seem like you understand how this business works.. if a network questions your promotional methods, you need to respond in a timely manner with truthful answers. Right now all you can do is ask them what steps you can take to create a new account (if they even allow it).

    You can ask the same question here over and over (please don't) hoping to get the answer you want to hear - the replies won't change. You must deal with CJ directly.
