Urgent! Help Stop Utah's Affiliate Tax Law!
Chad@AvantLink is leading the charge on this latest threat to our livelihood in out backyard. Calling for all Utah residents involved in affiliate marketing to get the word out and get involved:

Recently, the Utah State Legislature proposed a bill that would establish an affiliate tax nexus law in the state of Utah.

If passed, this bill would be very damaging to the affiliate industry in the state and would directly affect you as an affiliate.

Please take 2 minutes to read more about the bill here and the easy, 30-second steps you can take to help stop this bill from being signed into law: Stop The Utah SB226 Affiliate Tax Nexus Law From Passing! | AvantLink

If you have any questions, please email utah@avantlink.com.

Thanks in advance for your support.

Best wishes on this fight. It's so important for every Utah affiliate to be involved. Putting it off is not an option, folks.

I think the house actually killed it. Not 100% sure but it is what I think from a few searches I have done.

Dead for now but we need to follow through with Chad's recommendations. The same representative told us last year not to worry as that bill didn't effect us. He knew of our concern and this looks like it was hastily added to the end of the session in the hopes it would slide through. I call it Budget legislating.
