Had a bit of a problem few days ago so contacted the merchant. To be honest, didn't expect to get a reply too quickly nor the problem fixed very soon. So.... want to give a big "Thank you" to Nicole from Limoges Jewelry and also Suraj from Rakuten LinkShare Support.
I received email responses from both offering to help fix my problem. Before I could even answer Suraj back my problem had been fixed. Am not sure if Nicole and Suraj had both worked on it together or not but end result is I received the help I needed and problem was fixed very, very quickly.
Am not one of the big guys that I guess can just pick up the phone, snap their fingers and get an immediate response to whatever is going on lol am just a lil guy (lil woman actually) so I guess is obvious am impressed with both Nicole and Suraj's response. Really appreciate the help I got, Thank you.
