    CJ - new reports launched
Just popped into CJ today, they have launched new reporting. When you click on "Review New Transactions" there is an error message: "You are not authorized to access the file you requested."

However, they have also posted the following:
Note: The 'Review New Transactions' link on the Home tab will begin working Monday evening, May 13th.
Just thought I would give everyone a heads-up as it's the first link I click on myself!

I checked out the new report. I like it so far, especially the "Performance by Product" report.

I saw the same error message when clicking on "Review New Transactions" as well.

Not sure why they keep messing with reports. I much preferred things the way they were - I didn't feel they were broken in any way.

I think I saw something that said that would not be available until 5/13.

Lots of bad here and one really bad thing I see off the bat is that if you customize "Report Options" settings, but then when you refresh the page, it reverts to the default settings.

That is a long time to go without SID reporting. I sure hope this isn't the case.

I should say CJ's old report system was much simpler and easier to handle. Not totally happy with the "change"(again) which nobody ask for, like their "new" interface.

We all knew at that time it is only a matter of time they will roll out the new report system. I'm looking at the new report system this way: At least I can still access to the basic reports I need everyday, that's all it matters.

EVERYONE should use their "Feedback" link to tell them what is wrong and what needs to be fixed/changed/added, etc.

Remember in March when they popped it on us?

This was my support ticket then (they never replied) - guess it's time to send it again...

I'm seeing SIDS in the commission detail report. I guess you can refresh the page by selecting a different # of items for pagination and toggling between them. Ideally, they would change the flipping url and update it with query parameters so we could bookmark reports and refresh with the browser button. You know, I don't really like these ajaxy UI's. Developers like them because they think they are cool, but they don't work well inside of browsers.

I think this new reporting interface shows promise, but it needs some tweaking. For instance, negative numbers should be in red, I liked that about the old reporting. I've been filling out feedback.

I can't seem to see numbers for today - anybody else has the same problem? Seems like the transactions being reported on the new console is only updated to yesterday 4pm PST.

In the "Report Options" dropdown, there are options for reports for "Today", under both Performance and Transaction.

    BTW - great moniker.

Yup tried that but doesn't work... no records coming up. Though 10 hours ago before the interface switched over I was getting transactions for today on the old interface

I'm getting today - don't know why you can't - Guess CJ doesn't like people feeding rats.

I must be dreaming that I saw some transactions for today prior to the cutover... I submitted a support ticket on CJ, let's see what they say.

I discovered the issue why I am not seeing transactions for today.

There is a bug in the new report regarding time zones.

I am in Asia and it is 9th May now. While CJ system time is 8th May.

The old reports are based on CJ system time - when I select "Today", report will pull transactions for 8th May.

The new report INTERFACE time is based on user time zone - when I select "Today", report attempts to pull transactions for 9th May. However, the CJ SYSTEM time is still in 8th May and so no transactions were found for 9th May.

What happened to the website compare feature ? Is this update meant to upgrade or downgrade reporting features ?

Thanks isellstuff, I found them under the Transaction Tab with selecting "Commission Details". I could deal with the changes, as long as I have access to the data.
