Thumbs down Adobe Dropping Coupons,Search, Loyalty Affiliates
    1. Promotional methods no longer allowed in the Adobe affiliate programs
Because of changes in our branding and marketing strategy, we will no longer be able to partner with sites whose main promotional method falls into one of these 3 categories:
    Coupon/Deal
    Search
Loyalty (Cash back, points, virtual currency)

    Mmmhmmm

Something tells me they will realize that people want CS7 so they will bring back their normal products in the future instead of this digital subscription service. many are complaining about it on their forums etc....

    Ugh, I hate Adobe now...

I wanted to do a test drive of the latest Illustrator, and it also loaded some new Application Manager that took me weeks to get rid of!! It's been a while since I looked at their products, but they now appear to be discouraging standalone applications..

There is no way that intrusive crap is staying on my laptop - I found the uninstall solution in a forum where everyone was griping.

yeah the Internet has changed a lot on the last week, privacy is now going to be an issue for a lot more people (like the general public who are not so informed) and Adobe released their new service at the worst possible time.

On another note; there is going to be a lot of demand for security and privacy products and services from now on

I was going to try and recruit Adobe into our locale affiliate marketing networking group as they just built a 1500 employee facility in Salt Lake City. Waste of time now!
