eBay really gripes me with their "Unqualified Lead" reversals. Why are they unqualified? Because they didn't place a bid in 30 days???

eBay has verified their E-mail address and/or there's a CREDIT CARD that's been verified. I think the requirement of placing a bid in 30 days is bull.

If they're unqualified, eBay needs to close their account after 30 days. Or, eBay just needs to make the 30 day bidding period mandatory to keep your membership, for all new members. No big deal, after you sign up, you must place ONE BID in 30 days. After that, you never have to do anything if you don't want to.

And here I was making more pages for eBay today! Yep, this was just the motivation I needed...

The Ebay lady is still smiling on CJ.com

    Doesn't she feel our pain?

I got a reversal for New Years Day! My resolution was to have no more Ebay reversals!

I fired them off my site after Christmas, but some people just had to go back within the cookie duration and sign up without bidding.

That eBay lady isn't involved in the program anymore. That's probably why she's smiling.

I hope everyone drops out of the program but me.

But, some of the reversals today go back to before when we got credits for BIN. So, it might get better in the future.

I do have a suspicion that signups that are placed on one computer but email verified on another are not getting credited. This would knock out those that register at work but use their home e-mail address.

Oh, eBay does not require a credit card for general US based registrations.

When did that change? Last I heard, eBay required a valid credit card for any new registration that used a Yahoo- or Hotmail-type E-mail address to register, regardless of where the registrant lived. This is to prevent fraud.
