Any way to get a detailed report of what was paid by merchant and by order?

Not quite what is needed.
Trying to match up our monthly PAYMENTS to ORDERS. Not commission amount per order.
In other words, when we get paid by direct deposit each month, want to see which orders that payment was for...Salty kisses, Sandy toes, and a Pirate's heart...

Ah ok, I see what you're getting at. We don't currently have a report that breaks down prior month payments by the orders from each merchant program.
You can still see the orders that occurred for each merchant though in a round about way. Look at the prior payment's date range (say it was June 1-June 30). Go to your reports and select that date range for the merchant you'd like to see the orders for and then select the "Sales/Commission" details report. Yes, it will give you the commission information, but it also shows each order made for that merchant in that time period, hence showing you the orders you were paid on for that pay period.
The drawback here of course is that you're only seeing orders for one merchant instead of all merchants orders that were contributed to that pay period.
If you'd like to see all orders for all merchants, just do a standard "Sales/Commission" details report for all programs and that will bring up each individual order for all of your program in that time period.

Need to put that in the "Suggestion Box" for browser reports.
Also, is this available by an API? Have not checked, would presume so since CashBack sites need this info.

We're looking to automate even more, that includes downloading/importing all sales information to include payment information.
This will give us better reporting in the long run which is beneficial in more ways than I will share here, at this moment.
Thank you...Salty kisses, Sandy toes, and a Pirate's heart...
