    Todd,

I have emailed CJ concerning the product feed several times and I have yet to recieve any notification that I have been accepted/completed. How do I move forward in this matter?

BTW, I know I have all the criteria for these feeds.

I think your best bet would be to call CJ. Todd only comes here ever couple of weeks and does not answer all questions. Online CJ support can take days.

People who have called CJ say they get instant help.

I can just confirm 7-days statement.

Todd is not responding to all posts (especially when it comes to product datafeeds and problems with them ).

The Online CJ Help is sometimes surprisingly good, but I would not bet on it.

The Phone support was always very good.

SOP at this point is to write via the Ask a Question. Subject product datafeeds, category product links, sub-category product datafeeds or something like that. I always get a response within 24 hours that way (well, maybe not on weekends, but I hadn't noticed).

New data feed requests will get set up at the beginning of Q2 (April). The initial demand required us to increase the feed capability (again) so we can add more publishers.

    Todd,

Any indications that there will be a charge for the datafeeds or will we still get them free if we meet the $10,000 monthly sales minimum? I did not sign up before as I was not ready for feeds, but I will be come April.

    Thanks!!!

Policy stays the same. If you have generated >$10k in sales dollars in a given month, the feeds are free. If you want the feeds and don't meet the sales dollar threshold, you must pay a one time set up fee of $200.
