Anyone been paid for any Sales @ Walmart since Junes Sales?
I put in a support ticket and got a canned response.
Was just wondering if anyone else has gotten paid for sales from July onwards?

    Thanks in advance

The Advertiser Payment History report shows for Wal-Mart Jul, Aug, Sep - Awaiting Payment.

Means Linkshare has not been paid yet so my understanding is no affiliates have been paid.

I was wondering the same thing. Thanks Cathy.

BTW, does anybody know how to contact Wlamart affiliate manager? I sent several emails to affiliates at walmart .com(their listing email) in the past month, no response at all.

Same here - no payments since they paid June's earnings. No response to questions other than they are aware of a problem. They seem to be sending lots of emails asking for a big push for Black Friday sales. I sure wish they would pay something so we felt like we weren't going to push them for nothing.

We haven't seen anything from Kohl's either since the move to Linkshare. SO VERY frustrating!

Wow, I didn't even notice this (still working on automating this part on our end). Looked it up, and we haven't been paid since June either. Time to send some e-mails....

Response from my guys at Linkshare:

We’re eagerly awaiting the resolution here as well. Many apologies

    Spoke with someone at Walmart:

There was a billing issue with July and Aug where one publisher was found with massive fraud. Unfortunately, this severely slowed down Walmart’s accounting team in terms of paying the invoice. The July invoice is in process and is with the VP for signature. August will be submitted to him this week for signature as well.
It sounds like they have things pretty much sorted out, and payments should resume again shortly.

    Thanks for the update.

This is a bit off topic but does anyone else have a 3 day gap in sales from Walmart. It is possible I had no sales those days but it seems rather unlikely. I have a gap from 12/07/2013 05:44:00 to 12/10/2013 02:40:00. I use the Individual Items report to look at transactions and their time.

I'm showing sales for those days. But I have a feeling they are doing batch reporting on Walmart as of lately, cause I'll see gaps, and then a few days later those gaps will be filled in. Just a speculation on my part.
Who knows? Reports don't seem to match up across the channels as of late.

Walmart has always been batch processing. And they do get behind, especially during the holidays, sometimes a few days behind. If you have sales those days, then I guess I do not, not likely that they delayed only mine. Thanks for replying.

Also, I just noticed that Walmart has gone MISSING from Popshops. It is still active in SellFire.

I communicated with popshops about this a few weeks ago. Walmart is now a private program and you have to contact popshops and they contact Walmart who has to approve you to be able to access their products.

WHAT the F**K? Never heard of this before and it is preposterous. What the f**k do we PAY Popshops for if we cannot access all joined merchants? I am beyond pissed at the idea of this.

Not a popshops decision, a Walmart mandate.

Also with SellFire - all the more grounds why this is absurd.

I've sent an email to Walmart & Popshops, eagerly awaiting their response.

Anyone know what type of 'massive fraud' Walmart was investigating?

No idea, they didn't specify (nor would I expect them to). We ended up getting paid, so that's positive. I haven't decided if I will add them back to our network or not yet.
