    How do Affiliate Managers Charge for their services ?
    How does an affiliate manager charge for managing an affiliate program ?

    1. Just Fixed monthly salary ( without “no-cap” arrangement)
    2. Fixed monthly salary + performance bonus (in cash )
    3. Fixed monthly salary + performance bonus ( 5, 10 or 15 percent in sales commission )
    4. Just hourly rate ( without “no-cap” arrangement)
    5. Hourly Rate and performance bonus ( either cash or % in sales commission)
    6. Others

    I charge a fixed retainer each month. I get paid for the time we put into the program. Revenue share leads to messy programs where affiliates cut too much into other marketing efforts just so the manager can get paid.

    I work on a hybrid depending on the opportunity but mostly for a monthly minimum versus a rev share (whichever is highest).

    And there are also consulting gigs some as training for merchant personnel.
