Have you been dropped by Amazon? We have a solution!
It's no secret that Amazon has dropped affiliates in all of the nexus law states. Some people found temporary solutions like using viglink and skimlinks to bypass the issue, but even a sub affiliate network can't get you around nexus, and many of you are finding yourselves in the same boat you were in before.... Losing money.

We decided to come up with a real long term solution to help you recoup some of that lost revenue. Our new ProsperLinks product includes something we call our "Link Optimizer". Link Optimizer is able to analyze your amazon links and automatically search for a matching product from our catalog of over 50 million products. We then send anyone that clicks on an Amazon link to the most relevant, highest converting merchant possible. Installation is simple, you only add one line of javascript to your site: Prosperent - Sign In

does this mean the system will not send traffic to amazon?

what happens to amazon links if the website owner has NOT been dropped by Amazon?

IF you are dropped by Amazon.com then add the code.

In the Prosper Links settings you can specifically enable or disable the "link optimizer". You can do this on a per campaign basis, so some sites you may want to use it, others you may not.

I don't believe anything happens to the links per se, but either way you can use the Link Optimizer to send any clicks on those links to an alternative merchant.

IF you are dropped, you have a chance to make a sale that you wouldn't have been give credit for by Amazon.

If you are NOT dropped, take this as opportunity to try sending traffic to another merchant that may surprise you with better commissions/conversions etc..

Hi gibson, I believe this is the last portion of your question ?(please correct me if I am wrong).

We don't currently work with Amazon, but it is in the works. As an affiliate our size, it takes a while because we have to go through a fairly long process with their business development team. We're getting there...

In the mean time, if you have Amazon links that you would NOT like overwritten, just make sure link optimizer is disabled. Once we finalize things with Amazon, they will be weighted in our system just like any other merchant, and clicks rerouted to them based on conversion rate and earnings.

I hope that answers your questions.
