    Gen3Marketing please answer your emails...
Gen3Marketing: Why is it so difficult for you to answer your emails? I have read receipts - I know they have been seen.

How about providing a list of your merchants, would be happy to deal with them direct - or find replacements...

If it gets really bad, I will sometimes contact the merchant directly and be like, "Hey, just an FYI, this company you're paying to manage your affiliate program isn't doing their job."

Admittedly doesn't win a lot of friends but usually gets some attention.

I am sure there are a number amongst us who'd be delighted to take over the management of those merchants. So when you get in touch with them directly please feel free to suggest a few firms that can do the job well. *hint*

Convergence, I'm sorry if there was a delay in response. Regardless of the time of year, you shouldn't have to wait to hear back from us. If you (or anyone else) ever need anything, feel free to email me directly. You will get a response quickly. I can be reached at mtabasso at gen3marketing dot com.
