    Slowest Payment... EVER!
I just received a Royalty payment from Amazon. Their Invoice was dated 26-MAR-2010. That's FOUR years!!! #pathetic

The sale was made in January of that year, so three months to even report the sale #pathetic

I tried to see what product sold, but the reports says it takes THREE days after receiving a payment for details to show on my reports. #pathetic

    Billy Kay

Royalty payment for your music, different from affiliate payment from Amazon? Because, I've never had a problem getting paid on time from Amazon with the affiliate program.

Royalty payment for your music, different from affiliate payment from Amazon?

    "From: Amazon Accounts Payable <noreply-at-amazon.com>

We have initiated a payment via Direct Deposit by On Demand Publishing LLC. Please allow five business days following the payment date indicated below for your bank to receive the funds. The "Payment Amount" is displayed in the currency that the royalty was earned in."

My best guess is when someone buys a hard-copy CD it's called On Demand (because it's made and printed on demand)

So maybe that company is a subsidiary of Amazon? IDK

If you think that's bad, I just got a "failed billing notification" from a webhost I haven't used since 2006. Thank god my visa cards expire every couple of years, otherwise I would have had to chase around to get my money back.

Don't know about the rest of the comments about Amazon payments, but I've been an associate for two years and never received any commissions!!
Of course, no sales reported either.

I think Amazon Associates recently started paying out commissions with no threshold, so they are sending out checks now for months when you had some commissions that hadn't reached the previous threshold.
