I changed my Direct Deposit at SAS to another bank (TD Canada) however it got rejected when they tried to deposit the funds into my account (Not sure who rejected it) but the email from SAS had "Unable to locate Account", the issue may be that SAS has the account number length stated as 12 Characters but the length of the account number is only 7.

Is this the issue??? Anyone have similar issues?

I will drop over to the bank in a few days to see if they can help but I thought I would ask here since I sure a lot of you would have direct deposit setup for SAS and I sure my bank is not the only bank that has less the 12 character account numbers.

Also I would not think I would need to add 0's to the beginning of the account number to make it 12 characters since I sure the SAS system would do that if it was necessary for their system.
