Considering BaseBall Plus Affiliate Program ? Read this first
I was an affiliate of this merchant. We start generating them commissions through the holiday with no issue. In January we made over $3000 in commission, the next thing we know we are removed from the program with no reason provided and their affiliate manager reversed all the transactions claiming he suspecting a fraudulent activities (please be aware he is just suspecting not sure), our first respond was to contact the user who made the sales ( he is a confirmed user a member on our website for over 8 months with no problem with any other website). We already confirmed his address, phone number, and even his photo ID. I tried to reach to BaseBall Plus affiliate manager who ignored my emails, I also tried to email him through the website he also ignored the emails.

The user is a big buyer from them, and according to him they contacted him directly to over them a volume discount.

ShareASale will deal with it if the merchant's not talking back... non payment on 3k in sales if there's no evidence of wrongdoing/breach of terms and no explanation isn't cool.

One thing that's happened to me before at another company is that someone in customer service passes around a link to one of my affiliates and the CSR's got cookied to an affiliate. We had to reverse sales on these orders, but I communicated it to my affiliate involved first.

You definitely can't knock off commissions like that without a damn good reason and should at least explain it if there is one.
