February 14th, 2014, 03:09 PM #1J&R Settlement Offer
So I just received a settlement offer from an attorney representing J&R Computer World (the original, not the new company that is at CJ). They are offering to pay 45% of my owed commissions, but, the problem is the baseline amount they think they owe me, prior to the 55% settlement reduction is a little more than 1/2 what I think they owe me.
I can't figure out how to get a LinkShare Merchant Payment History Report for the time in question, e.g. 11/1/2012 - 7/18/2013
Did anyone else feel that they got the numbers wrong? When they shutdown on LinkShare, I ran a report and saw they owed me $1,200+. They claim they owe me much less even before the percentage cut???
Not sure how long I will pursue this, probably not worth my time to argue over a few $100 bucks, but I'm surprised the numbers are off by so much!

Yeah, synergy analytics confirms that they owe me $1,181.44 and they say it is $755. I guess I will shoot them an e-mail w/ proof to see what they say.
