One way is to have a CashBack site - concept is the same.

You need to fully understand how to implement tracking and network reporting. Manual processing is not ideal.

Yes, 99.99% of affiliates would find it difficult and wouldn't have the financial resources to make it work...

And it's not uncommon for merchants to disallow Cashback/Incentive/Loyalty/Sub-affiliates...

Edison - Convergence is correct and it's not likely you'll have a solid enough business model to make it worthwhile, but the concept is simple enough. 1. You have a website where you drive traffic and make money by promoting one or more services or products. 2. You implement your own affiliate program and compensate others for driving traffic to your site and completing whatever specific action you're seeking. The trouble you may find is if you're not offering anything unique, and are essentially just in the way between the consumer, the originating affiliate, and the merchant, then any other affiliate worth their salt will skip you and work directly with the merchant. Since there are a lot of variables here, I'm happy to discuss specifics if you like. Good luck!
