Thanks Chuck, also I should say I got a copy of Post Affiliate Pro because of your recommendation. So far I really like it, I installed it myself and that went pretty good. Looking forward to putting to the real test

    120x300
    120x600
    (160x600 optional)
    234x60
    468x60
    728x90
    300x250
    250x250

    Part Sets

And be willing to provide non-standard sizes, like a 150x40 logo.

Oh, 160x600 should NOT be optional. Sorry JJ...

160x600 is always the vertical size for us.

both have already been mentioned above, but the two most common vertical I've used/seen requested are:
    120x600
    160x600

very similar in style and the information layout, i would recommend creating both!

I think I will make all the above sizes and of course if a affiliate wants a differ size, when time permits, I will build them one.
This is going to be a very different thing to sell, so I'm going to have to brainstorm to get the right verticals done up.

    Thanx for everyone's replies

My top three, in order, are 160x600, 300x250 and 468x60. I seldom use anything else on new sites. I do have some 120x600s on a couple of old sites and will occasionally use a small button if I am building a custom menu.
