    Top 5 in December:
    1. $146,477
    2. $72,821
    3. $54,015
    4. $53,201
    5. $43,172

Anybody have any idea who these might be? Do you think they are companies who have some deals with eBay? Possibly companies like auctionsniper.com that places bids for people? Obviously they would have a ton of bids... Thoughts?

It couldn't be search engine referral. That's for sure. They are probably some well known sites that have very high traffic.

That could be me. I don't know. Whenever I buy something through my own links, ebay never shows it, and I never get a credit. So who knows, it might be me the first one. lol
No, I have no spyware on my comp, and I do know how to click through to get a credit on my own purchase, but hell I never see those in my reports. Those 5 cents. haha

Could be even some of the big advertising sites such as doubleclick etc running their own ads on surplus inventory.

Usually with figures like that someone big like an ISP, AOL, MSN, or a big site like ESPN, they have some listings.

Bet these are those big portals where you search for "Joe Smith contact details manhattan", and in the results you get,

"search for Joe Smith contact details manhattan at ebay"

    and

"buy a book about Joe Smith contact details manhattan at amazon"

MJCB, you are probably right. Isn't that irritating, they make you go through hoops for your site to be relevant, then stupid results like that popup on every search anyway.
