LA Kings v NY Rangers in the Stanley Cup Finals
Alec Martinez scored at 5:47 in overtime to give the LA Kings a 5-4 win over the Chicago Blackhawks, sending them to their second Stanley Cup Finals appearance in the three seasons, having won the Cup the season before last. They will face the NY Rangers who will be making their first finals appearance in 20 years.

That was a great final in 94, even if my boys lost.
    Stupid goal post.
Can't root for any of these teams but it should be entertaining at least.

Been away, now I'm back. Not as much, but I'm back & starting from scratch. Where I was, was fantastic. Where I am now, less so. Things have changed, become harder. So have I. Game ON!!!

My team was out in the 1st round, but I've been watching as much as I can. It's been a great playoffs so far. I think we'll see a great Finals!

Looks like only the show biz folk will be sitting along the glass, and even in the rafters and the true fans will be watching on TV. Sorry to hear that!

The Kings' Stanley Cup Champs merchandise has been a surprisingly strong seller for us on Shop.NHL.com - was a pleasant surprise over the first few days post-win.

Was really a great series Wanted the Kings to win but did really feel bad for the Rangers goalie when they lost.
