But the problem is my site isn't ranking in Google SERP . I also done competitor analysis. The funny thing is some of my competitor have better position with just few normal link.

I'd recommend taking down all those links and focus on creating great content. Here is the latest from god about links: SMX Advanced 2014 - Google's Matt Cutts You&A Keynote - YouTube

I suspect that the difference is pretty clear to Google between links that we go find or create ourselves and links that other people put up because they like our sites. I'm not saying that link building doesn't work (at least some of the time, at least temporarily), but I'll definitely agree with Caleb that efforts are best spent creating great content.

Wikipedia, gov, edu link will help your site a lot to rank high in search engine. All this 3 will give you instant result but for this you should promote website only relevant to you category website.

Only wikipedia, .edu and .gov links are high quality links and they will help you to increase authority of your website.

Only inexperienced webmasters and dime-a-dozen SEO "experts" would think that - that is so 1999 and exactly why people fail with their websites...

I think I saw something on Fiverr where you could pay $5 and get 10,000 "high quality" .edu links. Seems legit...
