Did it happen to you that cj support didn't answer the question(ticket) you asked at all?

Yes! I have been trying to get them to either fix an issue or give me a straight answer on what might have happened in a ticket now for over a week. They respond back with just canned answers that don't address what I asked at all. Very frustrating.

I thought there is a bug, so they sometimes ticket that is opened isn't actually opened?

I think there are few cases where I didn't get any response at all, and there are few cases where i get the question answered in just few hours (recently rarely).

Tickets are closed after 72 hours, if you keep bumping it the ticket will stay open.

I believe they say they will answer within 72 hours. But sometimes I get no response at all. In this case they shouldn't just close the ticket.

Keep the ticket open until you get an answer. A tech is paid on closed tickets and they can game the system to close more tickets. Make sure its not yours, clock it and keep after them.

    Thanks.

I would paid them much more just to answer my tickets.

I will try to update the tickets every day and to see what is happening.

This tactic doesn't seem to work. Still no answer after almost a week.

How long does it usually take to get initial response from them?

Usually two business days. Have you tried to call them?
