Per Matt Cutts, take it for what its worth:
Earlier this week, we started a slow rollout of an improved Panda algorithm, and we expect to have everything done sometime next week.

Based on user (and webmaster!) feedback, we've been able to discover a few more signals to help Panda identify low-quality content more precisely. This results in a greater diversity of high-quality small- and medium-sized sites ranking higher, which is nice.

Depending on the locale, around 3-5% of queries are affected.

Good Panda, good. Here's some milk and cookies. *COOKIES!!!*

I wonder if anyone's AdWords' been "ad-justed" due to the new rankings (page quality score comes to mind).

Google Panda 4.1 update shuffle many of website rank by their keyword search. I also realized this while searching my website by their keyword before two weeks.
Really i was shocked after finding my website position it was on 2nd page but after update this is on 5-6 pages.
