Sports affiliates, how are you doing promoting college football-related products?

Are you busy writing about this week's games? Have you ever seen so many upsets in a single week? Beginning with Thursday night's Oregon loss to Arizona, ELEVEN of the Top-20 teams lost this weekend - amazing.

I was estatic when the trojan brain surgeons lost on the last play of the game to Arizona St., but then was crushed when the UCLA Bruins lost on a last minute field goal to Utah a few hours later. The Pac-12 is in turmoil with the conference's three top teams (Oregon, UCLA and Stanford) all losing.

AND, what about Washington State QB Connor Halliday who threw for an NCAA all time record 734 yards in a 60-59 loss to Cal? Jered Goff of Cal threw for 527 in that game, and it did not go to overtime. Between them, the two quarterbacks threw 123 passes without a single interception, and for 11 TDs.

One more QB note, Mike Bercovici, Arizona State's backup QB who threw for 488 yards last week in their loss to UCLA, threw for 510 yesterday in their win over sc. Those were the first two starts ever for the jr. backup.
