    Daily Offer Service?
I just had some ads pop (float) in on a product page on my site and was confused as it looked like an Adsense ad and I had none on that page. I found out they're from DailyOfferService.com and evidently are linked to the browser.

You can disable them, but it's pretty disconcerting. First time I've ever seen this. I'm using Safari. Anyone know more about this "service"?

I have Safari on at least 5 computers and have never heard of DailyOfferService. A quick search on DailyOfferService turns up several "malware removal" sites giving instructions for removal. The malwaretips site says
DailyOfferService.com is not a malicious domain itself, however cyber criminals are using an adware program to display ads from this domain, thus getting pay-per-click revenue.

    Ack! TY 2busy!!

Have NEVER had adware on my computer, so didn't even think it was. The only thing I launched yesterday was a Citrix launcher for an online meeting. Can't imagine it would be that, have to really scratch my head and think.

I found "Shopy mate" installed in Safari, Chrome and Firefox. Could remove from Safari & Chrome, but only disable in FF. Will have to figure out tomorrow.

Over the past few weeks I have been encountering malware hits coming from ads on sites I have been visiting. The most tenacious one was from a scrolling ad on a Ford Mustang forum (must have been a Chevy lover). It could be that one snuck past your defenses when you were surfing.

I am pretty computer and browser savvy (been using PC computers since 1986) but have encountered some malware lately. You have to be very patient if you ever install upgrades especially javascript as they are always pushing McAfee toolbar.

I have Apple iCloud in my systray and just haven't taken time to gut it out of there. I don't use iCloud.
