Arrow We got orders from pampanetwork, but most of the orders are placed by our old customer
We are merchant and joined the pampanetwork, but we find the orders which they supplied to us, are placed by our old customer, the orders are not from the new customer. As merchant, we hope new register and order from new customer. if the orders which come from affiliate network placed by our old customer, it will be not wise to supply high commission for each order from old customer . For other merchant do you have such questions? how do you deal with it?

If the people placing these orders were truly "Your" old customers, they would have come directly to you. Instead, they looked elsewhere for something better or cheaper, or with better customer service, or cheaper shipping, or something else like that. The affiliates(s) who convinced them to again buy from you through their promotion and pre-selling EARNED their commissions and you should welcome these new sales that you likely would never have received, and thank your hard-working affiliates with appropriate commissions.
