i cant clearly understand the second one hosting in a website?

and for the first one website hosting will not improve your ranking,

it is how good is your content and the relevant backlinks from high PR sites helps you get improvement in ranking.

Sure it can. Website performance is factored in with Google at least. Maybe others too.

It is also "factored in" with the visitors because a slow-loading, or erratic site will send them elsewhere. The resultant short time-on-site coupled with a high bounce rate will then affect the ranking algos.

BTW - Ya gotta figure, bobby131313, that many of these newbie questions are being answered by other newbies who just don't have the experience - and often seem to post just for the sake of posting, not necessarily providing accurate answers.

    Wrong again. It could.

I moved to a dedicated server about two months ago and improved my page generation times dramatically. Less than 2% of pages take more than a third of a second. I'm now getting a Google referral about every 2 seconds.

Well that's like asking if a Buick will get better gas mileage than a Ford. Lots of different Buicks and lots of different Fords. Too broad a question to answer.
