I can get through the login server but see an unresponsive left side menu after. this has been going on for quite a while.

Hi Herb, I can't recreate this problem. Is it still an issue?

The menu works for me, but there is still nothing to see. When can we expect datafeeds to come back? When I clicked on DeepLinking it asked me what format I would be using, but looking at the list that includes toolbars and adware as options, I decided I'd pass on it, whatever it is. I am giving up on trying to use the "new" platform until the day I can see a datafeed or even better, categories of datafeeds.

Not sure why the system ask for those, but I typically just click banners and move on from there. The info on deep linking in the offer is described below.

    ------------------------------

This creative allows you to deep link to any landing page on BettyMills. Simply add &ckmrdr=YOUR_LANDINGPAGE_HERE to the end of the URL.

You can even deep link to a search result. The format for a search result is below.

    http://www.bettymills.com/shop/product/find/soap

In the example above, the URL would return search results for soap. Below is the URL for a search on Soft Soap.

    http://www.bettymills.com/shop/product/find/soft+soap

    How to Deep Link:

For example: If you wanted to deep link to our Keurig Compatible Single Cup Coffees, after the s1=, you would append '&ckmrdr=' and then add your Betty Mills landing page just like below.

    http://bmills.com/?a=14063&c=96&p=r&...duct/find/kcup

This would redirect the user to the provided URL following the '&ckmrdr'

    Good luck !

I don't want banners and individual links, I want to be able to display your products on pages where people are looking for specific products. People looking for a specific type of refill for their daily planner, a new binder, a specific type of envelope. I can automate that, but cruising around your site to put in a text link for a page is not an efficient way to send you traffic. Adblockers and banner blindness make banners number 78 on my list of things to do when I create new pages or shops. Number 78 comes right after Number 77 which is "Save and close". This is the internet, where product images sell products.

@Herb, sorry, my intention was not to hijack your thread, I hope you got it straightened out.

no that's all right! I assume after you log in you see no usable material? I see nothing but the outside frame. and this has been going on for weeks.

    I'm waiting for a properly categorized datafeed also . . .

  7. Thanks From:

Hi Herb, all back to normal now. It didn't affect tracking, just the ability to login.

but no change here, Victor: I can log in but the only links that work for me are Terms/Conditions and logout.
I used to be able to get graphic links and make deep links. Haven't had a report in weeks now. -932-

Hi Herb, i just logged in as you and did not see anything unusual. All links were functional. Can you try to clear cookies and cache perhaps?
