If you already have a good blog and website you can just apply to all the big ones and see what comes your way That's what I did and I seem to have managed to gather affiliate status at all the majors and I'm comparing them at this time.

Question related to paypall and I don't think the major networks pay that way, generally only either by check or direct deposit.

What exactly do you mean by "I don't know how to use it" -? You don't know how to get payments through Paypal or you don't know how to work with affiliate networks?

If a network doesn't provide tutorials and documentation on how to use it, I'd question whether it's a good network. If you are going to be successful in any business, there is going to be an element of being able to buckle down and figure some things out on your own, especially since you haven't even shared what network you're talking about - how could any of us possibly help?

"help me to find a good cheap traffic provider" - that is not the purpose of an affiliate network and if that is your reason for joining, your approach is totally misguided.

Paydotcom [dot] com looks like a clone of Clickbank, but hidden away is this little gem:

"* Processing fee - PayDotCom.com will charge you a small fee for each sale. This fee will automatically be deducted from your commission and will be paid to PayDotCom.com by us on your behalf. This is all automated and done for you. The small processing fee is based on the price of each sale as follows. $0.50 (sales under $10), $1.00 (sales from $10.01 to $20.00), $1.50 (sales from $20.01 or more)."

I've never seen an affiliate network that charges affiliates a fee on regular transactions.

That is indeed pretty unusual "Processing Fee" there...

I loved the testimonials on the home page - "I've Now Made Over $2 Million Through PayDotCom..." my fav!

Yeah, that's probably the same guy collecting the "processing fee".

Try browsing here: odigger dot com

Look up under "Network Details" to see if Payapal is an option.

You need to expand beyond Paypal to work with a quality network IMHO

With a statement like that, I think you got about as much help as you're going to get here.

Been away, now I'm back. Not as much, but I'm back & starting from scratch. Where I was, was fantastic. Where I am now, less so. Things have changed, become harder. So have I. Game ON!!!
