Target Creates New Datafeeds Designed To Rip You Off - Beware
Target is introducing two new Impact Radius datafeeds that contain non-commission items. Their announcement:

In addition to our new Cartwheel feed we introduced a few weeks ago, we are excited to announce a new product feed within Impact Radius that contains all products available on Target.com including commissioned and non-commissioned items.

With this announcement, we now have three feeds available in Impact Radius to support you in providing your readers with all the great deals available at Target.com:

Target Product Feed – Commissioned Items
-All items that are in-stock online and eligible for commission
-Updated daily, usually by 6am CST

Target Product Feed – All Items (NEW)
-All SKUs that are in-stock online, including non-commissionable items
-Commission rates for all SKUs found under column name “additional_image_link”
-Updated daily, usually by 6am CST

    Cartwheel Offers (NEW)
    -Contains ALL Cartwheel offers
-Updated daily, usually by 4am CST
-Please note, we are sharing this content as a value-add - We currently do not pay commission on Cartwheel redemptions or app installs.
Merchants, any data you provide to Google Shopping should also be in your affiliate network datafeed. More data means more sales!

LOL, I think the Cartwheel feed is all non-commissioned.

I used to see this type of thinking from Toys R Us. Their affiliate manager maintained that some affiliates wanted additional datafeed content that wasn't commissioned. Hmmm, let me see if I can dig up that ABW thread.

    -edit-

Here it is, note the comment from Allison Fox. I checked, she still works at Pepperjam/eBay Enterprise/GSI (whatever), I don't think they manage Target..

Target will, however, continue moving forward because of the gullible masses who continue to promote them - because the name is "Target."
