    Unhappy How long can you get a reply for a support ticket?
    Hi all,

    It do testing my patience and I hope to see is it only happened on me?

    Not all publisher have an associate account manger and not all account manager can help you for everything. So I do submit tickets when I need help. I found Linkshare and Amazon are supper swift in supporting publishers in a very professional way. CJ and some others are OK.

    While there is one affiliate network always take 10 days or even weeks to get back on me. And each time there is a different person even their owner following up the same ticket. The worst thing is that, they can not actually help me at all with a single set up process. And all the other affiliate networks have already solved the same problem several months ago.

    That's way too long, I try to have everything done at the end of the day, then start over the next morning. I work on weekends as well

    It's about a request by ShareASale to verify our domain. The last reply I got is 25 June.
