submitted my question on 3/26, have not heard back from them yet. what about your 72 hour response time?
any one from CJ here?

If you don't get a response today it will probably be later next week. With the upgrade tomorrow and usual hic-ups afterwards, those folks are quite busy. I'd suggest contacting them again. For me, they have been rather quick to respond lately.

I've had a couple of issues over the past week but I have had them dealt with in a timely manner. I even had one reply on a Sunday, so no complaints here.
