Dickblick.com's Completely Ridiculous Program Terms -- Can They Do This?
From their program terms on CJ:

Web Site - Prohibited Web Site Content

undisclosed affiliate status, Blick feeds to third party shopping sites, adult content, hate content, slanderous or libelous information, promotion of violation or infringement upon copyrights trademarks and other intellectual property, false or misleading advertising or claims, misleading or hidden links, return of portion of commission to consumer, Amazon affiliate links, eBay affiliate links, any content unacceptable to Blick, content inaccessible to Blick, outdated promos or coupons. Blick Art Materials reserves the right to request affiliates remove coupons from their sites as we deem necessary.
So, you can't have any amazon affiliate links on your site if you want to send traffic to them? LOL, that is absolutely ridiculous. So networks allow merchants to specify this?

What about this one: "any content unacceptable to Blick"?

Get a big commission and viola! Suddenly your content is UNACCEPTABLE and bye, bye commission!

Absurd. And yes, how can a network accept this sort of thing?
