Your secret to Stay in Shape

What is your secret to stay in shape, which exercises you do and what are your eating habits. Please share those so it helps other people to live a healthy life.

Weight lifting every other day or so.
The repetive motion of lifting 12 or 16 ounces at a time seems to work quite well.

1. Strict vegan diet*;
2. What Bill does;
3. For years and years, dawg walking, but since no longer have dawgs, not doing that. Hopefully that will change soon; and
4. Yard work - but not much of that lately, it's been so unbelievably hot here for months now - Oct 2 & it's 87š
*Not a Vegan for health reasons - that is just a bi-product.

I exercise regularly and don't drink water after my meals for at least an hour.

Why not drink water for an hour, what does that do?
