Why is it so whacked? All the other networks use standard URL encoding.
With LS, some things are encoded right and some seem to be encoded completely differently. (/ is %252F)
Is this done deliberately to discourage linkbuilding on the fly?
Look at the encoding when you use the LS Link Generator, then try encoding it using server language.... Completely different and it won't work.
